With this order, we will represent you before the Trademark Office to file an opposition against a trademark registration which is confusingly similar or identical with your trademark. After assignment, we examine the prospects for success of the opposition and, if necessary, prepare a comprehensive writ to substantiate the opposition. We also represent you in the ongoing opposition proceedings, prepare necessary statements and report to you.
Our fees will be invoiced after working hours. In average difficult cases, this would be 1-2 hours plus the effort of our chinese colleagues for the filing of the opposition and its detailed substantiation. The further procedure depends on the need for further comments.
