V. Requirements for the use of the trademark
The trademark will be canceled at the request of a third party if it is not used for a period of 5 consecutive years

VII. renewal of the trademark
Renewal is possible for a period of 10 years in each case
The grace period in the event of failure to meet the renewal deadline is 6 months
