II Application procedure
The duration of the procedure from application to registration is generally 36 months, provided that the application is not objected to by the office and no opposition is filed

IV. Opposition procedure
The opposition period is 1 month from the date of publication of the trademark application (Decision 26 of 17.1.2024)
V. Requirements for the use of the trademark
The trademark will be canceled at the request of a third party if it is not used for a period of 5 consecutive years

10 years from the date of the trademark application
VII. renewal of the trademark
Renewal is possible for a period of 10 years in each case
The grace period in the event of failure to meet the renewal deadline is 6 months
Additional fees must be paid from the 1st day after expiry of the trademark registration for late trademark renewal
