Industrial design registration in Tajikistan is for a 15-years term, beginning on the date of registration. Once the 15-year term is over, anyone is free to produce, import, rent or sell the design in Tajikistan. However the registration has to be renewed within the current period after 10 years for one further consecutive period of 5 years upon renewal request and payment of renewal fees.
The request and the fees for the renewal of a design registration must be in the hand of the office within the current period of protection.
Our offer relates to single industrial design and includes the general renewal fees for one design but not the additional fee for late payment in case of failing the general renewal time limit.
