We take care of the renewal of your registered industrial design in Estonia. We monitor the duration of protection and keep you updated about the upcoming renewal period of protection.
Upon registration of a design in Estonia it shall be protected by a registered industrial design for a period of five years from the date of the filing of the application. The applicant may have renewed the term of protection for one or more periods of five years each, up to a total term of 25 years from the date of filing.
The renewal of a registered design in Estonia shall be done by a request, provided that the renewal fee will be paid. The request to renew a registration and information concerning payment of the state fee shall be filed with the Patent Office within six months before the date of expiry of the registration or, if additional state fee is paid, within six months from the date of expiry of the registration together with the request to restore the term.
Our offer relates to single industrial design and includes the general maintenance fee but not the additional fee for late payment in case of failing the general renewal time limit.
