Industrial Design registration in Belarus is possible for a 15-year term, beginning on the date of registration. Before the expiry of 10 years from that date, a renewal request and a maintenance fee must be paid or protection will end. Once the 15-year term is over, anyone is free to produce, import, rent or sell the design in Belarus.
Our offer relates to single design and includes the general maintenance fee but not the additional fee for late renewal in case of failing the general renewal time limit. Late renewal is possible in the firts 6 months after the expiry date.
