Design registration in Azerbaijan is for a single 10-year term, beginning on the date of application. Once the 10-year term is over, anyone is free to produce, import, rent or sell the design in in Azerbaijan.
The patentee shall pay annual fees to uphold his right commencing from the year when the patent right is granted.
Our offer relates to single Designs and includes the fee for the renewal of one year but not the additional fee in case of late payment failing the general renewal time limit.
