We take care of the renewal of your registered industrial design in Armenia. We monitor the duration of protection and keep you updated about the upcoming renewal period of protection.
Upon registration of a design it shall be protected for a period of five years from the date of the filing of the application. The right holder may have renewed the term of protection for one or more periods of five years each, up to a total term of 25 years. The renewal of a registered design shall be done by a request, provided that the renewal fee will bee paid.
The request for a renewal shall be submitted and the renewal fee paid within a period of 12 months before the ending of the protcetion period.
Our offer relates to a single registered design and includes the general maintenance fee but not the additional fee for late renewal in case of failing the general renewal time limit.
Accepting the contract is subject to the circumstance that you will hire us early enough so that the request and the payment of the official fees can be arranged in time.
