We take care of the renewal of your registered industrial Design in Albania. We monitor the duration of protection and keep you updated about the upcoming renewal period of protection.
Upon registration of a Design it shall be protected by a registered industrial Design for a period of five years from the date of the filing of the application. The right holder may have renewed the term of protection for one or more periods of five years each, up to a total term of 25 years from the date of filing.
The renewal of a registered Design shall be done by a request, provided that the renewal fee will bee paid. The request for renewal shall be submitted and the renewal fee paid within a period of six months before protection ends.
Our offer relates to single Design and includes the general renewal fees for one design but not the additional fee for late payment in case of failing the general renewal time limit.
