With this order form you can mandate us to file a renewal application for your registered Design Patent in China for the next year of protection. We will pay the renewal fees, monitor the duration of protection and keep you informed about the upcoming renewal deadlines.
Design Patent registration in China is for a 10-year term, beginning on the date of application. Once the 10-year term is over, anyone is free to produce, import, rent or sell the design in China.
The patentee shall pay annual fees to uphold his right commencing from the year when the patent right is granted.
Our offer relates to single Design Patents and includes the fee for the renewal of one year but not the additional fee in case of late payment failing the general renewal time limit.
Accepting the contract is subject to the circumstance that you will hire us early enough so that the request and the payment of the official fees can be arranged in time.
