With this order, we will represent you before the Trademark Office in an opposition proceeding against your trademark registration.

After assignment, we examine the prospects for success of the opposition and, if necessary, prepare a comprehensive writ to respond to the opposition.

We also represent you in the ongoing opposition proceedings, prepare necessary statements and report to you. Our fees will be invoiced after working hours. In average difficult cases, the workload is approximately 5-7 hours for the filing of the opposition and its detailed substantiation. The further procedure depends on the need for further comments.
